1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days, and 6–7 days depending on your location. In rare cases such as harsh weather conditions or courier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.

2. What is the shipping cost?
The standard shipping fee is ₹99.
Customers choosing prepaid payment methods (UPI, cards, or net banking) receive an automatic ₹50 discount at checkout, effectively reducing the shipping cost.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• UPI

• Debit / Credit Cards

• Net Banking

4. What is your return policy?
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives damaged. Customers must provide a complete 360° unboxing video with no cuts or edits clearly showing the package being opened.

Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
